A little more about me...
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I worked as a professional dancer across Asia and Europe for many years before transitioning into yoga.
As a dancer, I always strived for perfection. Pushing and pulling my body into it's extreme ranges of movement, in the hopes of achieving excellence!

It took me years of yoga self-practise to understand and develop a more sensory inspired, exploration of movement, and the benefits that that can bring.

So, although I appreciate, and teach the great importance of technique, strength and flexibility for a healthy body, I also try to communicate to my clients the art of mindfulness and really dropping into the felt sense of the body.

"There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophy."

As a teacher, I draw on a wealth of knowledge about the body and movement through my extensive study of both yoga and dance. I have gained valuable experience in teaching different yoga styles at various studios in London, as well as yoga retreats overseas and on teacher trainings.

I have learnt special skills and perspectives through my continued work with Blind Aid, a London-based charity for the visually impaired. (Link below.)

I take great pride in my vocation. I am an attentive, hard-working and mindful instructor. I truly love what I do.
